Job Description
OptimHire is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a BE/B.Tech/MCA in IT/Computer Science or a related field, along with a strong understanding of Oracle/SQL databases and related tools. Key responsibilities include performance tuning, data integrity management, and ensuring effective backup and recovery scenarios.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills to collaborate with management, development teams, vendors, and system administrators. Experience in database change management and working through various stages of the development life cycle is essential.
