Job Description
Sumax Engineering Private Limited is currently looking for a motivated Data Entry Executive to join our Accounts team. This role involves the precise entry of financial data and provides support for daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering data into accounting systems
- Verifying financial information for accuracy
- Assisting with invoice processing
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial data
- Providing administrative support to the accounts team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
- Strong typing skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
