Job Description
Leo & Sagittarius Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry cum Telecaller to support our recruitment and international placement operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data management and effective communication with candidates and partners.
Data Entry Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain candidate and client data in internal databases and systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records, documents, and reports.
- Manage Excel sheets, CRM tools, and digital files efficiently.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Telecalling Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job opportunities, interviews, and documentation.
- Follow up with candidates for pending documents, language certificates, and application status.
- Handle inbound queries from candidates professionally.
- Explain job roles, process flow, and requirements clearly to candidates.
- Maintain call records and follow-up logs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,864.01 – ₹35,604.09 per month
