Job Description:
- Monitor robotic machines.
- Assist Robot Fleet Managers.
- Maintain daily robot data, logs, and reports.
- Provide calling support to service engineers.
Skills Required: Proficiency in MS-Word, Google Sheets, MS Paint, MS PowerPoint.
Other Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Typing, Excel, Microsoft Word).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- End-to-end ownership and accountability for customer issue resolution.
- Proactive in seeking help and solving customer issues.
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time, Fresher.
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹13,500.00 per month.
