Job Description
LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking Customer/Technical Support Executives for our Chat, Voice, or Blended Process in Pune. We invite applications from undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of international experience. The salary for this position ranges from ₹397,00 to ₹500,00 per annum, and the role involves rotational shifts with a 5-day workweek.
Required Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Essential Experience: Proven background in Customer Service or the Telecoms Industry, including Upselling and Proactive Sales.
