Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Build rapport with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Understand and effectively address customer needs.

Requirements:
