Job Description
We are seeking candidates from the Chemical Industry for the position of Customer Support Specialist at Ultra Chemical Works.
Responsibilities include preparing sales contracts, following up on Letters of Credit (LC) and payments for exports, and keeping customers updated on shipment progress. You will also prepare purchase orders, schedule deliveries, and handle day-to-day planning with marketing and suppliers.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in LC terms and required to coordinate with Customs for clearance activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
