Job Description
UV Technocrats & Solution is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking care of students at the institute and ensuring smooth and timely support services. Key responsibilities include managing student queries, coordinating with various departments, drafting emails and responses, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and following up on student fees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
