Job Description
We are hiring for the International Voice Process in Madhapur/Bahadurpally.
Job Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer support
- Resolve customer queries effectively
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good customer handling abilities
- Comfortable with rotational shifts & voice process
- Handle US customer support
- Versant score of 60 required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of international BPO/voice experience
- Education: 12th Pass
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹36,00.00 per month with benefits.
