Job Description
Eleanor Technologies Private Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Telesales Representative. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products/services over the phone, playing a key role in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Promote products/services through outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications: Any degree; experience in customer service/telesales; excellent communication skills; proficiency in CRM software.
