Job Description
Goodwill Wealth Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Managing customer accounts through CRM systems.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
