Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive – Level 2 to join our e-Commerce team. Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO customer service position, encompassing voice, chat, email, or back office support.
This position is remote, and applicants should be fluent in both English and Hindi, in written and spoken forms.
The role is a full-time contract for 3 months, with the potential for extension based on performance. The starting salary is ₹24,500 per month, with an approximate in-hand amount of ₹20,500.
