Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support professional with 12 to 15 years of experience in parts sales and dealer management to join our team in Secunderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the performance of Parts Sale Revenue Service Touch Points, analyzing dealer performance data and account reconciliation for revenue generation, and implementing customer retention strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing KOEL Bandhan, EW, CRI, and Super CRI promotions, enhancing service touch point performance, overseeing aftermarket channel management, and spearheading new product promotions and business development initiatives. The role also involves driving promotional activities through our dealer network.
