Job Description
Company: Xpertech Talent Ai Private Limited
As a Customer Support Executive, your main responsibilities will include managing customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or social media, resolving complaints and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate customer records through our CRM system.
You will also be responsible for training and overseeing a team of customer support representatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,278.96 – ₹18,658.50 per month
