Job Description

Position: Telecaller
Location: Thane, Wagle Estate
Language Requirement: Proficient in Hindi and English
Key Responsibilities: The Telecaller will engage in outbound calls to customers and patients, provide information regarding the Hypertension Patient Support Program (PSP), assist in scheduling appointments, and facilitate patient enrollment following document verification.
Requirements: Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous. Minimum educational qualification is 12th grade or a Bachelor’s degree. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
