Job Description
TRIAD SOFTWARE PVT LTD is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to lead a team of customer service representatives in delivering exceptional support. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the customer service process, addressing customer complaints, formulating policies, and organizing training sessions for staff.
