Job Description

Transteel Seating Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels and resolve complaints by troubleshooting issues effectively. You will maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services and record customer interactions in our CRM system.

Your role will include escalating complex issues, providing proactive updates to customers, monitoring satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery. A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
