Job Description
We at The Loom (www.theloom.in) are seeking a Female Customer Support Executive (Chat Process) to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. The role involves resolving customer complaints via email and chat, managing team targets, and ensuring customer queries are effectively addressed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of experience in an outbound chat/mail process, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preference will be given to female candidates. Salary: ₹15,00 to ₹20,00 per month.
Applicants must be comfortable traveling to Wazirpur, North Delhi.
