Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with experience in Tally ERP to deliver prompt accounting assistance and resolve client inquiries. Duties include managing invoices and ledger entries, performing reconciliations, troubleshooting Tally software issues, and ensuring accurate financial records while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Experience: 1–3 years with Tally ERP
- Skills: strong communication, attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
