Role: Full-time customer support position in HSR layout, Bangalore. Salary: ₹11,569.47 – ₹28,648.01 per month with a 2-month probation period.
Responsibilities: Manage WhatsApp support, resolve customer concerns, escalate issues, and track resolutions.
Qualifications: 1 year of customer support experience preferred, or recent graduates with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
