Job Description
At SpecialYou.in, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, and chat. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
We invite applicants with 6 months to 2 years of customer support experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and a strong familiarity with CRM systems. We also welcome fresh graduates to apply!
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, along with health insurance benefits. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
