Job Description
SpecialYou.in is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will promptly address customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce sector. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are a must, along with proficiency in CRM tools.
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary between ₹15,00.00 and ₹30,00.00 per month, along with health insurance benefits. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
