Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive/Senior Executive to join our team in Mumbai on a contract basis. The key responsibilities include promptly addressing customer complaints, requests, and queries while adhering to the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will be required to follow up with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer cases. Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP, is essential for this role.
Candidates must possess basic analytical skills and have hands-on experience with CRM systems in customer service. Preference will be given to those with experience in financial services and knowledge of loans.
