Job Description
Lazer Crazer, a leading entertainment venue, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service in our immersive laser tag environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide detailed information about our services.
- Persuade clients and sell laser tag and event packages.
- Coordinate client bookings efficiently.
- Maintain organized data records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and immediate availability.
Location: Hauz Khas Village | Pay: ₹12,00 – ₹25,00/month
