Job Description
Lastmile Transtech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to be the primary liaison for our customers. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing essential information regarding our products and services.
The ideal candidate will:
- Answer questions and offer solutions to customer concerns.
- Resolve complaints with empathy and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team and clients.
- Monitor team performance and develop support guidelines.
Language proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English is required.
