Job Description
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹16,00 – ₹20,00 (+ Incentives)
We are looking for a dedicated Voice Process Executive with outstanding communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English. This role involves providing exceptional customer support through handling both inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Applicants should possess proficiency in Kannada and Telugu, have prior customer service experience, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills. Availability to work in shifts is essential.
