Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Work From Home (WFH) with initial 3 months of office-based training.
Key Responsibilities include managing inbound sales, ensuring customer retention, and handling collections through effective communication.
Eligibility: Graduates or undergraduates with at least 6 months of international BPO experience and excellent English communication skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
Shifts: UK rotational shifts with two consecutive weekly offs. Salary up to ₹4.50 LPA.
