Job Description
Gogaga Holidays Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues through clarification, research, and implementation of effective solutions.
Your tasks will include handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers with information about their tours, and maintaining communication throughout their journey.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00. Candidates with 1 year of total work experience are preferred.
Work will be conducted in person during the day shift.
