Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers.
- Generate customer orders and inquiries effectively.
- Manage customer accounts through phone interactions.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Display exceptional negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding customer service.
Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates with experience in product handling, particularly within the printing or packaging industries. Expertise in estimation, costing, and customer support is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person, Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonuses available.
