Job Description

Elula Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle support queries, troubleshoot technical issues related to our WordPress plugins, and assist customers with installation and customization.

Required qualifications include experience with ticketing systems, basic understanding of WordPress, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or PHP is a plus.

This is a full-time position with a salary between ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, including benefits.
