EasetoLearn is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our institutional clients, addressing their concerns and providing onboarding assistance to promote effective product usage in educational settings.
Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting client issues, facilitating training sessions, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining precise client records. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months of customer support experience, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry, are essential.
Compensation: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month
Benefits: Cell phone and internet reimbursement.
