Job Description
We are an innovative BPO & IT outsourcing solutions provider catering to diverse industries. Our Client is leading series-E funded, last-mile tech logistics solution provider for intra-state deliveries head-quartered in Bangalore
Role
Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat)-
Handle customer queries via Voice (phone/inbound calls) and Chat (email, live chat, messaging)
– Provide timely, accurate, and personalized support to customers
– Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when needed
– Support in English + any two languages (e.g., Kannada ,Telugu ,Tamil, Malayalam etc.)
– Collaborate with teams to improve processes
Requirements- 1+ years of customer support experience (Voice/Chat)
– Fluent in English + 2 other languages
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
– Basic computer skills and typing speed (30 wpm+)
Preferred- Experience in a BPO/customer service setup
– Knowledge of CRM tools .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
