Job Description
10x Growth Accelerator is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This role begins with a 45-day training program conducted at our Kolkata office, after which you will transition to a permanent work-from-home arrangement.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include managing inbound and outbound voice calls, assisting customers, and efficiently resolving queries while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
Requirements: Candidates must possess strong English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
Compensation: The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,00.00 to ₹15,00.00, along with additional benefits such as a provident fund and performance bonuses.
