Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in escalation/ticketing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
Salary: ₹26,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month, with incentives up to ₹18,00.
Working Hours: Full-time, 9 hours with rotational shifts; 5.5 days a week.
