Job Description
Division/Department: US Support (Voice & Email) – Night Shift
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: Minimum of 6 months required
Education: Any Graduate
Note: No sales, no targets; we are not a BPO/KPO.
General Description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a liaison, delivering product and service information, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns with precision and promptness.
Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. A pleasant voice is also important, as this is a customer support position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹450,00 – ₹480,00 per annum.
