Job Description

DrinkPrime is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Success team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support through digital channels. While experience with Freshchat or similar platforms is advantageous, a strong commitment to exceptional service is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via live chat, comprehend customer needs, uphold communication standards, escalate complex issues, and maintain precise records.

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in chat-based customer support, familiarity with chat tools, exceptional writing abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and professionalism. Availability for rotational shifts is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,00.00 – ₹350,00.00 per year
