Job Description
Ponmani Industries is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate who possesses outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and efficiently resolving customer complaints.
This position requires availability for the morning shift from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates who are fluent in two or more languages will be given preference.
