Job Description

Map My Crop is looking for a committed Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance to customers regarding product inquiries and complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include 0-1 year of customer service experience, fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, as well as basic computer skills. Graduates with strong communication abilities are preferred.

This position is full-time and permanent, offering a salary between ₹15,580.09 and ₹20,520.75 per month, in addition to benefits.
