Job Description
Itvedant Education Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, providing vital information about our educational programs, and addressing inquiries related to courses and pricing.
Key responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition strategies.
Candidates should have good communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to multitask. A HSC/basic graduation is required, with knowledge of Southern regional languages being a plus.
