Job Description
As part of our expansion strategy, eDominer is seeking motivated candidates to join our team in Kolkata. We currently have an opening for a Customer Support Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients using exceptional communication skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement ERP solutions.
- Understand and map customer needs to ERP functionalities.
- Conduct training and support for ERP users.
- Organize project meetings and update stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce required.
