Job Description
WNS Global Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience with Amadeus or any Global Distribution System (GDS) and be willing to work on-site.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working night shifts, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities include upselling and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups.
Salary ranges from ₹21,00 to ₹45,00 per month, along with additional incentives. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and a provident fund. Work hours may vary, covering evenings, nights, and weekends. Candidates must be located in the Delhi NCR region for eligibility.
