Planyourworld Training Academy Private Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Success Officer. In this role, you will support customers in successfully completing their courses, address inquiries, and maintain their engagement throughout the learning process.
Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls, delivering precise information about our services, managing customer records, and achieving targeted service metrics. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation includes a CTC of ₹3,00,00 per year along with attractive performance bonuses.
