Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive to cultivate strong client relationships, ensure product adoption, and drive retention across our portfolio.
- Lead client onboarding and deliver comprehensive product training.
- Resolve customer issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and support scalable customer growth.
Qualifications: 1–3 years in customer success or account management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
