Job Description

Navata Supply Chain Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive to enhance our client engagement initiatives. In this role, you will maintain daily interactions with assigned clients to ensure their satisfaction and expectations are consistently met.

Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging internal technology to achieve operational goals, collaborating with our internal teams, and preparing comprehensive monthly service reports for clients in PowerPoint format.
