Timings: 6 PM TO 3 AM IST
BigStep Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Executive for our SaaS Video Commerce Product, Channelize.io. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support through email, live chat, and video calls. Ideal candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine empathy for client needs.
Key responsibilities include handling client inquiries, presenting software demonstrations, managing support tickets, and coordinating with our Software Development Team.
Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, a client-centric approach, and the ability to work night shifts are essential.
