Job Description
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for addressing customer complaints, resolving queries through email and phone communication, tracking orders, and coordinating product arrangements as requested. Additionally, you will engage with customers on social media platforms and promote product upselling.
Experience/Skills: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM systems are essential.
Shifts: 1st Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM, 3rd Shift: 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
Compensation: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00 per month.
