Join our dynamic Insurance Sales Team as a Customer Success Associate, specializing in Motor, Life, and Health Insurance.
Salary & Benefits:
- Freshers: up to ₹25,00 CTC | Experienced: up to ₹35,00 CTC (maximum 20% increase)
- Performance-based incentives

- Rotational shifts (Day shift for female employees until 8 PM)
- 6-day work week
Eligibility:
- Graduate degree (any field)
- Fluency in English and Hindi (required)
- Strong communication and sales abilities
