Job Description

Busisol Sourcing India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service – Sales Backup to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service support and assist our sales team. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist in lead generation, making sales calls, and closing sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Compensation: ₹20,00 – ₹33,33 per month with benefits.
