Job Description
Company: VachiLabs Innovations Pvt Ltd
Location: Delhi/Noida
Role & Responsibilities: Provide customer support for Dreams 11 platform through voice calls, addressing queries and complaints.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Required).
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service preferred (1 year total work experience required).
Shifts: Males – 24/7, Females – 6 AM to 8 PM (any 9-hour window).
CTC: Up to ₹28,00 per month.
Communication Skills: Excellent command over English (Hindi preferred).
