Job Description
Join our team at TECHMILE SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Customer Service Representative. You will assist in managing the end-to-end renewal process for customers, collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve inquiries and maintain records in our CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing renewals.
- Collaborate with teams to address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Identify upselling opportunities.
- Prepare renewal contracts.
Requirements:
