Job Description
Sri Jayam Agencies – DTDC Channel Partner is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to identify customer needs and help them utilize specific features. The primary goal is to provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships.
This position involves overseeing customer interactions, managing and developing strategies to build relationships, ensuring consistency, and delivering a positive experience every time.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Sunday off.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹8,500.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu (In person)
Qualifications: Diploma (Preferred), 1 year total work experience, English required, Hindi preferred.
